Students who require a new school travel pass (bus pass) for 2024 can apply now via Transport for NSW. We encourage you to apply now to ensure you receive the pass before the beginning of Term 1 2024.

A new application will need to be submitted if the student is applying for the first time, or if they are requesting an additional travel entitlement because of a new shared parental arrangement (e.g. joint custody). Click Here.

Students who change address, school, campus location, have repeated a year or received an expiry notification for their school travel entitlement should renew or update their details here. Click Here.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE STUDENT CURRENTLY HOLDS A VALID 2023 SCHOOL TRAVEL PASS AND WILL REMAIN AT THE SAME SCHOOL IN 2024, THEY WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE ISSUED A 2024 SCHOOL TRAVEL PASS IN JANUARY 2024.

We anticipate that passes will be printed and posted to student’s home addresses in late January 2024. If the pass has not been received before school returns, the student is still able to catch the bus without a pass.

The four-week moratorium period will finish on Tuesday 27th February 2024. It is expected that all students present their 2024 physical bus pass to the driver on every trip from this date.

If by this date you have still not received a pass, please contact our office by phone on 4677 1564 or by email at info@pictonbuslines.com.au.
